 Preparation of engineering documents, I/O list, System architecture, Develop ladder logic development as per process, PLC Ladder Programming and testing.  Site Supervision for installation of field instruments like PLC,SCADA system, cabling and terminations to PLC system, ladder logic testing and commissioning and design of total project engineering.  Third party communication (Modbus Communication RS232, RS485), PLC to HMI Communication with the RS232 cable, check all component status online With the PLC, HMI software, Programming in with Rockwell, Delta PLC RS1100,RS1200 & DVP28SV Series.  Preparation to design screen management on HMI (Delta) DOP Series, Panel Builder32 of Rockwell SCADA system, to handle site activity.  Troubleshooting of PLC when fault occurred during running condition of plant, Troubleshooting of HMI (Delta) Software.
